PAVE ASIAN AMERICAN ACTION DAY 2023

On Tuesday, May 9, 2023, AFIRE joined Advancing Justice Chicago and the Pan-Asian Voter Empowerment (PAVE) Coalition for Asian American Action (AAA) Day 2023!!! This year marks the 10th anniversary of AAA Day organizing, and together we mobilized 300+ Asian American community members out to Springfield, IL to show legislators that WE HAVE POWER! We have the power to demand and fight for pro-immigrant bills that are non-discriminatory, non-predatory, inclusive, and affirming for ALL immigrants. It is an honor to continue bringing our communities together and continue to fight for our rights.
